Located at Maastricht Aachen Airport, KVE Composites Repair is a dedicated repair shop for composite and metal bonded aircraft components.
KVE Composites Repair offers a ship-shop-ship concept, where the logistics for components to be repaired is taken care of for our customers. 
The actual repairs take place in our modern and fully equipped composites repair shop. The availability of an ample sized autoclave and curing oven makes the repair of most aircraft components possible.
Our capabilities include small and extensive repairs of composites components, the adhesive bonding of metal-to-metal components, and the finishing of the components before return delivery. Capabilities which are not available in-house are found at other MRO companies near-by within the Maastricht Maintenance Boulevard.
Typical composite components which are repaired by KVE Composites Repair are aerodynamic fairings, wing/access/floor panels and doors, control surfaces, composite spinners and radomes. For the latter, KVE Composites Repair also offers the transmission testing after repair.
Wing flaps, spoilers and aluminum honeycomb panels are typical metal to metal bonded components which pass through our workshop.
KVE Composites Repair, being part of the KVE Composites Group, has the necessary experience and background in the design and engineering of structural components using composites materials.
