Maastricht
Aachen Airport is located 10 kilometres north of the city of Maastricht along the A2 highway. Besides a growing number of passenger services the airport is also the 2nd largest cargo airport in the Netherlands. The airport expects to welcome 340.000 passengers and 88.000 tonnes of cargo in 2010.

Various aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul providers are present at the airport and the number continues to grow. The expansion of MRO activities is united in the Maastricht Maintenance Boulevard concept. Plans for the boulevard, which will have 10 hangar positions for Boeing 737/airbus A320 aircraft, are currently being finalised.
